A Christ-centred mentorship programme walking with Kenyan youth aged 18 to 30 since 2015: more than ten years of mentoring. Weekly sessions, real mentors, quarterly experiences and a community that makes you become…
Identity · Purpose · Self-Mastery
Since 2015The program takes you through self-mastery under the four pillars of life, Private, Personal, Professional and Public.
14 structured online group-mentorship sessions, every Thursday 9:00–10:00 PM, led by experienced mentors.
Meet & greets, road trips, camping and hiking, one outdoor event every quarter, ending with the M&B Annual Fest.
A Christ-centered curriculum, open to all, that grounds who you are before any other transaction in life.
Graduate on the last Sunday of November with a certificate and a lifelong alumni family.
Each module is a strand of the web the mentors weave with you over six months. Watch it being woven, then tap any strand to see what that module does and a line from the classes.
Preparing the loom…
Discover who you really are before anyone else tells you. Temperament, personality, how you communicate, how you receive love.
“If you do not know who you are, people will tell you who you should be.”Taught in the Season 6 classes, 2021
Take responsibility for your life. Decisions shape destiny, so learn to decide: less is more, seek the why first, set a deadline, know yourself.
“If the why is not clear, never make a decision.”Taught in the Season 6 classes, 2021
See the season you are actually in. Your twenties are the decade for exploring, so act in keeping with your season and do not get stuck.
“Never confuse the product for self.”Taught in the Season 6 classes, 2021
Bring hidden things into the light: wounds, secrets, and the gifts you have never used. Shameless audacity, in a safe place, with people who stay.
“It can either crush you, or you get to rock bottom and say: I have to start rising.”Taught in the Season 6 classes, 2021
Turn vision into a plan and the plan into results. Four steps: listen, hear, believe, then act in faith.
“Rising is a matter of action.”Taught in the Season 6 classes, 2021
Lead yourself before you lead anyone else: your mouth, your time, your relationships, your resilience.
“The first thing we have to take charge of is our mouth.”Taught in the Season 6 classes, 2021
Excellence as a way of being, not a one-off result. The journey ends with a certificate, a community for life, and the first step beyond the foundation.
“Excellence is a state of being, not a one-hit wonder.”Taught in the Season 6 classes, 2021
Why the web dips. The mentors draw the season as a V: down through Choices, Reality and Expose to rock bottom, then up through Action and Taking Charge to Excel. The web is hung the same way, so the lowest strand is the turning point, and the climb out ends at the beam the whole web hangs from.
The next F-CREATE journey begins in January 2027. A 7-module Christ-centered mentorship program that grounds youths aged 18-30 in identity and purpose, from potential to purpose, from purpose to excellence.
